The More than Able Arts Project is an ongoing effort to identify, connect and highlight Black artists that live with seen and unseen disabilities.

Launched in April 2025 by amputee actor, advocate and consultant, Eric "Mr. Q" Quander, the MTAA Project is an opportunity for Black disabled artists and creative professionals to establish a platform to connect and collaborate in chronicling, presenting and supporting the Black disabled experience.
